Strong candidate
The row answers most of the questions needed for a focused external check.
Independent spreadsheet field notes
A row earns a place on the shortlist by answering useful questions. Tick what is visible now; do not award points for what you hope the external page might contain.
Seven points
These checkboxes work locally in your browser for the current page view. They are not saved or sent anywhere.
Read the score
The row answers most of the questions needed for a focused external check.
Name the missing evidence and open the source only if it can answer that question.
Too much of the decision depends on assumptions or information you do not have.
The row is clutter. It can return later if clearer evidence appears.
Two decision moments
Score the row and current product page before it joins the shortlist. Missing fields remain missing; do not assume later photos will repair them.
When inspection or QC photos appear, score again against the same option and decision fields. Remove a row when the new evidence contradicts its original reason.
Five promotional angles are still one photo check. A size chart does not also earn the source-match point. Each point should answer a different decision question.
Evidence language
Photo, sizing, and comparison searches are most useful when they name the decision you still need to make. The checklist below explains what each result should help you verify.
A photo count is not a quality score. Match each view, measurement, or comparison to the keep reason recorded for the row.
Category-specific QC
| Category | Useful views | Measurement clue | Common gap |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shoes | Both sides, toe, heel, sole, insole | Insole length or clear size conversion | Only a styled front angle |
| Hoodies and shirts | Front, back, fabric, seams, label | Chest, length, sleeve | Size letter without garment dimensions |
| Bags | Interior, base, straps, closures, hardware | Width, height, depth | No scale or interior view |
| Accessories | Finish, clasp, edges, scale | Length, circumference, frame width | Close-up with no size reference |
Two sample rows
The row shows exterior and interior photos, width and height, strap range, source relevance, a price beside two similar bags, and a clearly labeled weight estimate. It earns six points; the missing packaging detail becomes the question for the external page.
“Popular bag” shows one cropped image, no dimensions, no interior, an unexplained source URL, and a low price with no weight note. It earns one point for category at most. Opening it now adds a tab, not confidence.
Save a row only when you can finish this sentence: “I kept this because…”
What happens next
Missing a size point? Look for the exact measurement method. Missing the weight point? Treat the visible number as an estimate and confirm whether packaging is included. Missing photo evidence? Decide which view would actually answer the category question.
If several points are missing, remove the row rather than sending yourself on a rescue mission. The purpose of a SuqiBuy QC checklist is to protect attention as much as it protects the shortlist.
